NeonCams Refund Policy
The basic policy of NeonCams is not to provide refunds unless CCCV Ltd. decides otherwise at its own sole discretion. If specific extraordinary circumstances apply (e.g. technical malfunctions occur) we pay refunds in NeonCams Credits or cash. In these cases we will take into account other clients’ complaints and complaints about models as well.
If a user is discontented with an independent model using NeonCams software for maintaning video chat sessions and the actual chat log files also prove that the complaint is justifiable, credits can be refunded in NeonCams Credits only for later use with other models.
