What is SPAM?
Any form of unsolicited advertising through e-mail, newsgroups, IRC posts, and/or IM clients will be treated as SPAM. Legal steps will be taken in any case in which a NeonCams.com Model or Member gets targeted by or involved in such activities. This is a very serious matter. DO NOT send e-mail to anyone who has not agreed to receive your promotional stuff.
What types of advertising are treated as SPAM?
SPAM via E-mail:
Any non verifiable non opt-in e-mailing. Bulk e-mailing (sending an e-mail advertisement to persons listed on an e-mail address lead list). Advertising with bulk e-mail services (companies who will send e-mail advertisements to persons listed on an e-mail address lead list for You) will lead to legals steps and to the closing of Your Account(s) immediately.
SPAM in Newsgroup Posts:
Posting commercial messages is SPAM and any complaints from newsgroup moderators about an affiliate will lead to immediate Account termination.
SPAM on IRC / IM / ICQ:
Unsolicited messages through any media, including chat rooms and instant messages will be treated as SPAM
We will close all the NeonCams.com affiliate Accouts whose owners get involved in this kind of activity, moreover the money collected by the Account owner will be lost either.
